Pluto Garden turns your birth date, time and place into the sky at the moment you arrived. Earth sits in the middle and every planet is in its true direction and distance, so you can turn around, fly out past Saturn and see where everything really was.
Below the sky you get the traditional wheel, every placement by sign, degree and house, and a few highlights picked from your chart: your Sun sign, Moon sign and rising sign, and the planets that stand out.
Also: Venus signs, Mars signs, Mercury signs, North Node, Pluto by generation, Saturn return, Mercury retrograde dates and retrograde planets in your chart.
Yes. Your 3D sky, the chart wheel, every placement by sign, degree and house, and the highlights picked from your chart are all free, with no account or sign-up. Only the full written reading costs extra.
No. Without a time you still get every planet by sign and your Sun and Moon. The rising sign and the houses depend on the exact time, so they are left out rather than guessed, and the page says so. More in a birth chart without a birth time.
Planet positions are worked out from DE440, the planetary data NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory publishes for astronomers and spacecraft navigation, with the same astronomical models professional astrology software uses. They agree with the Swiss Ephemeris to a tiny fraction of an arcsecond, and our charts match Astro.com. The time zone, including historical daylight saving time, is worked out from the coordinates of your birthplace. It is the same engine behind our celebrity birth charts.
Most sites draw a flat wheel. Pluto Garden draws the actual sky at the moment you were born: Earth in the middle and every planet in its true direction and distance, so you can look around and fly out to Pluto and back. The traditional wheel is there too, and how to read a birth chart walks through it.
